Introducing our guest chef Jack Koumbis!
Local Chef Jack Koumbis of Assembly Steak House in Englewood Cliffs will showcase his culinary skills at our Myanmar Mission Fundraiser event this Sunday. Chef Koumbis started his culinary career at the age 13 with his father in the diners that they owned at the time. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University, School of Hospitality Management. In addition to his 38 years of working in restaurants, private clubs, and hotels, Chef Koumbis has served for more than 10 years on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Restaurant association and is currently Chairman of the Board.
